We began with one person, a camera, and a desire to simplify secondhand selling. After years of hands-on trial and error - figuring out pricing, timing, and presentation - we built a service that removes the stress without sacrificing value or sustainability. Today, Encore Haus applies that same care and attention to every client and every item.

Meet the Founder
I’m Kelsey Schultz, founder of Encore Haus. After years of selling secondhand items on my own, I realized how stressful and time-consuming the process could be. I started Encore Haus to take that burden off people’s shoulders and make rehoming items as easy as donating them.
My background spans journalism, service in the Army, and business studies, but what ties it all together is a commitment to service, sustainability, and community. Every pickup reflects the values I care about most: honesty, simplicity, and giving back to Denver.
My goal is simple - help you let go with ease, while ensuring your belongings find their best next home.
